RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
The Colorado State Patrol Association has a 30-day return and exchange policy with certain limitations. All returns and exchanges must be approved by the Colorado State Patrol Association prior to the return or exchange (See below). Returns or exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the receipt of the merchandise. All returns or exchanges must include a pre-approved return/exchange number (See Below). You, the customer, are responsible for paying the return shipping charges and any new shipping charges for an exchange. All returns may be subject to a restocking fee and must be in the original packaging that is intact, and in unopened or new condition. Refunds will be applied to the original credit card used at the time of purchase.
Refunds/exchanges will only be processed on returns due to defective merchandise or an error in shipping. Refunds/exchanges will not be processed on returns due to personal dislikes or sizing problems. If the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be ordered.
We will only honor returns on orders placed directly with the Colorado State Patrol Association. We will not honor returns on merchandise purchased at other retail locations. Exchanges must be for the same product, or a product of the same value. The Colorado State Patrol Association does not accept returns or exchanges from purchases made outside the United States.
Gifts may only be exchanged only if original packaging is intact and in unopened or new condition. If the style being returned is no longer available for exchange, a product of equal value may be substituted instead.
TO MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
1) Send an email to returns@costatepatrol.org and tell us about your return. Please include your contact information, order number, and the reason for your return or exchange.
2) If your return/exchange request is approved, we will send you an email with a return/exchange approval number and details regarding the specifics of returning your item.
3) When mailing your return, we recommend insuring the package and getting a tracking number.
