90th Anniversary Badge Deliveries
The 90th Anniversary badges have started shipping from the factory to the Association. The badges are being shipped in random batches from the factory. Orders placed and approved between:
May 15th to June 15th (Shipping late October to mid-December 2024)
June 16th to August 20th (Shipping December 2024 to January 2025)
August 20th to September 30th (Shipping January-February 2025)
October orders (Shipping February-March 2025)
November orders (Shipping April-May 2025)
December orders (Shipping May-June 2025)
January 2025 orders (Shipping June-July 2025)
*All shipping dates are tentative and subject to change
If you purchased shipping with your badge order, an email will be sent informing you of your badge(s) arrival and the shipping address where your order will be sent. If you have moved to a new address since placing your order, and you need to update your shipping address, email us at support@costatepatrol.org.
If you didn’t purchase shipping, and you received notification that your badge order has arrived, you can pick up your order on the following dates & times:

Make sure you make an appointment to pick up your order with our Administrative Staff member, Betsy Grimsley, prior to the date you wish to pick up your badge, so she can ensure that your order is on hand and ready for pick up when you arrive. To make an appointment, email Betsy at betsy.grimsley@costatepatrol.org, or call her at 720.464.1995.
Please note, the badges are not stored at 55 Wadsworth, and Betsy is only there one day a week for a few hours. The Family Foundation staff members who work at 55 Wadsworth cannot assist you with getting your badge order.
Can’t make it on one of those dates? You can still purchase shipping for your badge order. Click the button below to purchase shipping. Scroll down to the bottom of the badge list. The option to purchase shipping is near the bottom of the list. You only need to purchase shipping once even if you have ordered multiple badges.

There’s still time to order your badges. The 90th Anniversary badges are authorized to be worn from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. The badges are available for order through December 30th, 2025.
Trooper Badge
The 90th Anniversary Trooper badge is the same size as the currently issued badge. Each current and retired member may purchase a badge for each rank they have held in their career up to their current rank or rank at retirement.
Port of Entry Badge
The 90th Anniversary Port of Entry badge is the same size as the currently issued badge. Each current and retired Port of Entry member may purchase a badge for each rank they have held in their career up to their current rank or rank at retirement.
Hat Badge
The 90th Anniversary Hat Badge is the same size as the current issue hat badge. The hat badge has a 90th Anniversary number and ribbon over the flying wheel above a 1935-2025 banner.

Have an Article You Want Published in the Next Edition of the Magazine?
The deadline for article submissions for the next edition of the magazine is January 13th, 2025.
The Colorado State Patrol Magazine is looking for article submissions for our next edition. If you have a story to share about a special person, event, or other topics that our readers would enjoy, click the button below and share it with us. You don’t have to be a member of the Association to submit a story. The more stories we receive from around the state, the more diverse and engaging the magazine becomes for our readers. If you have any questions, email the magazine’s editor, Angie Page, at magazine@costatepatrol.org.

- Submit articles as a Word Document
- Include all article picture(s) as separate attachments (don’t embed the pictures in the Word Document)

Avalanche Game Tickets Are Available
Join us this season at two Colorado Avalanche games. The first game is against the new Utah Hockey Club on Thursday, December 12th. The second game is against the Edmonton Oilers on Thursday, January 16th, 2025. Each ticket comes pre-loaded with $10 of value for usage at built-in concession or the team store. A portion of each ticket sold will benefit the Colorado State Patrol Association.
